Our preseason activities begin in May. Regular season practices run from June through October. We practice on Monday and Thursday evenings closer to home, and we venture a little further on Saturday mornings. Detailed times and locations are available to registered athletes and their parents on our team app. Attendance is optional––you get out of it what you put into it.

The following are lists of items you should bring to practice. Come prepared to ensure you can hit the trails. If you do not have the mandatory items, you will not be able to participate in practice that day. The extra items help you with comfort or enable you to fix common bike issues along the trail.
